Prices are listed openly because most of the hesitation in this category comes from not knowing. There is no subscription, no per-camera licence, and no mandatory cloud account. You buy the hardware once.

7 days to your first working demo

Tell us your scenario — where the cameras sit, what you need detected, how many channels — and we’ll come back with a working configuration in about 7 days — where the detection you need already exists in the algorithm library.

New rule development runs on a different timeline. A behaviour that is not in the library yet has to be trained and validated against your own footage, so that work is quoted with the scope rather than promised up front. It also moves the project from a package to a custom build — where the price of a package you already own is credited against the quote.

Not a slide deck and not a generic proposal: a unit configured against your use case, tested, and shipped. If we can’t make your scenario work, you’ll hear that in the first week rather than after you’ve paid for it.

Packages

The three standard packages are fixed configurations — pre-built, tested, and shipped as-is. They are the most cost-effective route when a site needs six cameras or fewer, and they do not expand: a 2-channel unit cannot be upgraded to 4 later. Above six channels, that’s a custom build.

Cameras are optional — by design

The base price is quoted without cameras, because in most cases you don’t need any. The box ingests from the IP cameras you already own over ONVIF or RTSP, and we’ll help you bring them online remotely at no extra cost.

If you do need cameras, add USD 0.99 and we include the matching quantity for that package. It’s not a promotion — it reflects what you’re actually buying, which is the analytics rather than another pile of hardware.

When our box is the wrong answer

If you need to cover a single camera position, don’t buy this. An edge-AI camera with the analytics already built in costs around USD 40 and does the job.

Our box starts making sense at two or more channels — where one device can analyse every feed, correlate events across them, and keep the video on your own network instead of someone else’s cloud.

We’d rather say that up front than sell you hardware you don’t need. It’s also why our smallest package is 2 channels.

Cabling

10 metres of cable is included with each kit — that is the total across the whole kit, covering every camera, not 10 metres per camera. Additional length is billed at USD 25 per 10 metres, calculated on total cable length.

Example — a site that needs 30 metres of cable in total: that’s 20 metres over the included 10, so two extra 10-metre units — USD 25 × 2 = USD 50 on top of the package price.

Moving to a custom build

Standard packages are fixed, so moving from 2 to 4 channels means choosing a different package rather than adding to the one you have.

If you later commission a custom build, the cost of one standard package you have already purchased can be credited against it. What we don’t promise

Analytics accuracy depends on conditions. Detection degrades in heavy rain, fog, or snow; with strong backlighting at entry points; for very small subjects at the edge of frame; and in densely crowded scenes.

If results on your site fall short, the first step is free remote tuning, not a replacement invoice. We would rather tell you a site is a poor fit before you buy than after.

Returns & exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. We don’t offer refunds.

Each unit is configured for a specific site, so a returned box isn’t something we can put back on the shelf. Exchanging for a different configuration, however, is straightforward.

• Quality problem — ours: defect, misconfiguration on our side, or damage in transit. We cover shipping both ways.
• Not a quality problem — yours: wrong tier ordered, or the site turned out unsuitable. Return shipping is at your cost.

In practice, most “wrong product” situations turn out to be solvable with a configuration change and free remote tuning. Talk to us before shipping anything back — it’s usually faster for both of us.
