Camera compatibility follows the RTSP (RFC 2326) streaming standard rather than a closed brand list, and video is handled as ITU-T H.265 (H.264 where a camera or NVR requires it).

What is a Starter Kit?

Starter Kit is the product line for getting started on your own cameras: Standard 2 at USD 399, Standard 4 at USD 999 and Standard 6 at USD 1,599. All three share the same edge hardware; they differ in channel count, configuration, features and compute.

What is the difference between Standard 2, 4 and 6?

Channel count first: two, four or six cameras. Beyond that, the tiers differ in configuration, enabled features and available compute, so a site running many detections per camera may need a higher tier than its camera count alone suggests.

How many algorithms are included?

The library covers 198+ industry algorithms. You enable the ones your scenario actually needs rather than running everything, which keeps compute available and keeps alerts relevant.

Can I start small and scale?

Yes. Systems scale from 2 to 128 channels. Start on the cameras that matter most, prove the detections, then add channels or move to a custom build; what you paid for your Starter Kit tier is credited once against a subsequent custom project.

What happens after I buy?

We configure the box to your scenario before it ships, then support you remotely through installation and tuning. There is no monthly fee; support continues as remote tuning rather than as a subscription.
